Steps For Http post using rest client

Calling the Api calls in ruby on rails

1)gem install rest-client
2)We need to keep in whereever we want to use in rails controller
Example:
require 'rest-client'
class UsersController < ApplicationController
response = RestClient.post 'http://chinnaror.blogspot.in/test', :name => "koti",:email => "kotesh.raogaru@gmail.com"
data = JSON.parse response.body
p "data here......."
p data.inspect

end


In Chrome we can use the "Postman"  browser Software
