Wordpress Setup using the Xampp.

                      Wordpress Setup using the Xampp.



         STEPS:

  1. Install the XAMPP server.

  2. Link for the reference: https://www.apachefriends.org/download.html

  3. After installation, we need to run the Apache and Mysql start.

  4. Download the WordPress plugin from the website.

  5. Link for reference: https://wordpress.org/download/

  6. We need to put the WordPress folder to xampp -> htdocs 

  7. We need to run the URL: http://localhost/wordpress/wp-admin/

  8. We need to set up the WordPress configurations.

  9. Database name:  Db name

           Username: root

           Password:     (Empty)

           Host: localhost

         Once setup is done we can access the website.

  1. Appearance -> Themes -> Add new (or) Import the Avada theme link:  http://localhost/wordpress/wp-admin/themes.php

  2. Once the theme is imported we can use that theme.

  3. We can add the multiple pages Pages → Add new

  4. Once the changes we can review/Publish the page.

  5. Accessing the database we can use the below link

http://localhost/phpmyadmin
